Our all-inclusive onboarding includes licensing & registration support. *The municipal and provincial fees apply only if a separate licence is required. The smart door lock is a separate add-on, not part of onboarding.
Consumables program
We keep the home stocked between guests — added as a small commission on revenue:
- Essentials — toiletries & cleaning supplies+3%
- Premium — Essentials + beverages+6%
- Luxury — premium products + drinks & snacks+9%
Covers items like toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand & dish soap and laundry detergent; higher tiers add soda, juice and snacks.
Good to know
Owner-provided items. Owners supply the non-consumables: bedding, dishware & glassware, cookware and pots & pans, bakeware, knives, oven mitts, coffee machine, coffee & tea, basic pantry staples, foil, cloths, towels and sponges.
Personal shopping (when you're away): $25/hour, or $90/hour for urgent same-day delivery. Purchased items billed separately.

Earnings depend on your location, size, finish and seasonality. After a quick look at your property and the local Kelowna market, we'll give you a free, realistic revenue estimate — and the multi-platform listings, dynamic pricing and direct-booking strategy we use to push that number higher.
We work on a simple commission of the revenue we generate — 20% for Regular Hosting, 25% for Full Service, and 35% for White Glove — with no hidden costs, so our success is tied directly to yours. Optional add-ons (like our linen program or consumables stocking) are available if you'd like them. See the pricing section above for what's included in each tier.
Short-term rental eligibility in Kelowna depends on zoning, your building's strata rules and provincial registration. Many condos in Kelowna's tourism-zoned buildings qualify. Tell us your address or building name and we'll confirm eligibility and handle the licensing and registration for you.
Guests are screened, and bookings are covered by platform protection programs plus the deposit and verification steps we put in place. In the rare event of damage, our local team documents it and manages the claim on your behalf — keeping your property protected.
We pay out monthly. You'll receive an automated, itemized statement showing every booking, the revenue earned and any costs, with your payout deposited directly — all visible any time in your private owner portal.
Just the keys and access details. We handle photography, listing creation, pricing, supplies and setup. If you'd like, we'll also advise on simple touches that lift your nightly rate and guest reviews.
